About hunting lease listings. Sun Up Hunts (sunuphunts.com), owned by Cheatham Hills Holdings, publishes links to hunting leases, recreational licenses and public-access programs that other organizations post publicly online. Each listing shows who listed it ("Listed by") and the date we last checked it.

Sun Up Hunts is not a real estate licensee, leasing company or property manager. We hold no real estate license, don't act for any landowner, lessor, hunter or club, and aren't a party to any lease, license or permit. We don't solicit, negotiate or arrange leases, refer prospects, collect rent, deposits or payments, or hold funds. No one pays us for, or shares any fee or commission on, any lease listing. Listings aren't advertisements we're paid to run, and they aren't ranked by payment.

Information comes from the lister's public website and can change at any time. We don't verify title, boundaries, acreage, access, game, insurance or legality, and we make no warranty. Visit the property, read the lease and confirm every detail directly with the lister. You're responsible for state hunting licenses, tags and seasons, landowner permission, and (where required) liability insurance. In Texas, for example, the landowner, or whoever leases the land out for the landowner, must hold a TPWD hunting lease license.
